Project Scope: Full Video Production, Research and Graphics
Pacific Homecare is always working hard to ensure they can deliver their services effectively for their clients. As a way to continue to innovate, they redeployed more higher-spec mobile devices as they prepared for the rollout of their custom-developed CRM system, Navigate and accompanying smartphone app, LCP. This app is a tool so staff can stay on top of all their appointments for all clients and know exactly what tasks are to be delivered once onsite with a client. As part of this project, we worked with Pacific Home to develop some learning material that helped onboard staff on the general use of their new phones and a full introduction video with the new app.
