Who collects your information
ASKQ Media is operated by ASKQ Limited, based at 57a Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland 2023, New Zealand. You can contact us at kiaora@askq.media.
Your project enquiry
When you enquire, we ask for your name, email address, selected services and project brief. You can also choose to provide a phone number, organisation, event date, location, timing, budget and reference links.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a quote. Required fields help us understand your request and contact you. You can contact us directly by email or phone if you prefer.
How online enquiries are handled
Online form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and made available to ASKQ Media, including through email notifications. These hosting and email services may process information outside New Zealand. We use them to receive and manage enquiries.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting project and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Please avoid including sensitive personal details or confidential files that are not needed for the initial enquiry.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Contact kiaora@askq.media with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing information.
Images, video and browsing
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the site.
Some project pages use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced video player. Loading those pages may connect your browser to YouTube; playing a video is subject to YouTube’s privacy practices. Other video links open YouTube when selected. The Amotai–Waitomo film is hosted with this site and loads when you choose to play it.
Local previews
When viewed on localhost, the form prepares a brief for review and does not send it online. You can choose to open an email draft or copy the brief. Opening a draft does not send an email.
